Morristown, Vermont: Outdoor Movie Nights Planned for Oxbow Park

The Morristown Alliance for Culture and Commerce organized four free outdoor movie nights at Oxbow Park, each beginning at dusk. All films are rated G or PG: The Wizard of Oz on July 19, Field of Dreams on July 26, The Princess Bride on August 2, and Grease on August 9.

Seating opens at 7 p.m. Films screen on an 8′ x 10′ open air screen, with designated areas for blankets, low chairs, and high chairs. Two restrooms are available (one handicapped accessible); refreshments — popcorn, candy, and drinks — by donation. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome.

If rain or high winds intervene, the event moves indoors to River Arts. Call the Movieline on the day of the event for updates.
