Campus events are run by whoever is available that evening, so crew size matters as much as screen size. A 20' Standard or Event Pro screen needs one to two people; Elite screens need four. A 16' seats 400, a 20' seats 1,000 and a 25' Elite seats 2,000 — orientation, a quad movie night and a stadium event, respectively.

Open Air Cinema has been manufacturing inflatable cinema screens since 2001 — 25 years. Fabrics are computer-cut and sewn by hand in the United States, and screens ship from our own building in Orem, Utah. Phone and FaceTime support during setup comes with every system, on-site training is available for Event Pro and Elite, and replacement surfaces, blowers and parts stay in stock. Every screen kit ships with repair material.

• Speeches and ceremonies

  Event Pro and Elite systems include wired and wireless Shure microphones through the console mixer, so the same rig covers a film and the remarks before it.
